Rafael Paolo “Kito” Zialcita

Kito, a second-generation insurance advisor, embarked on his career journey in the industry immediately after graduating from university in 2015, at the youthful age of 22.

 

Formerly recognized as the top rookie at Manulife Philippines, Kito has since advanced to the position of Unit Head, boasting nine MDRT qualifications. Additionally, he is a four-time recipient of the prestigious GAMA award.

 

A former collegiate swimmer, Kito often attributes his remarkable success and strong work ethic to the invaluable lessons learned during his competitive swimming days.
