FRANCIS WONG

Francis Wong has built a distinguished career marked by his dedication to leadership and family values. Educated in the United States, he met his life partner and together they have three children and five grandchildren.

Before Francis’s significant career in life insurance, he gained extensive experience in banking and manufacturing, providing him with a versatile skill set.

In 2024, he achieved a milestone by becoming the Premier Senior District Director, showcasing his exceptional leadership. Francis founded the Achievers Family within AIA Hong Kong, a group dedicated to excellence and mutual support.

His career is highlighted by numerous accolades, including being a 10-time qualifier for the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), 1 Top of the Table (TOT) recognition, 8 Court of the Table (COT) recognitions, and membership in the Million Dollar Agency Leader Club since 2005 and as a Premier Agency Leader (PAL) since 2012.

While excelling professionally, Francis enjoys music, sports, and travel, and has a deep passion for leadership development. His journey is a testament to his dedication and the profound impact he continues to make in the industry.
